graduated from the Moscow State conservatoire in 1989 and
took a post-graduate course in 1991:
composition - T. Khrennikov,
consultation - E. Denisov,
instrumentation - N. Rakov.
The conqueror in All-Union competition of young composers (1986).
Exhibitioner of the "Akademie der Kunste" (Berlin, 1995). Special prize of
Russian TV "TEFI - 1999".
Member of Russian Composers Union, Russian Union of Cinematography.
Participant in international festivals, there were:
"Moscow Autumn" (1990 - 2004), "Five capitals" (Kiev, 1993), Festival of contemporary Russian music in Helsingborg (Sweden, 1994),
"Berlin - Moscow" (Berlin, 1995), Festivals of electronic music "Synthesis"(Bourges, France,  1995 - 2004), etc.
Buyevsky writes symphonic, chamber and electronic music.
Music for about 40 films and television plays, including music for S.Eisenstein's silent film "The General Line" (Alte Oper Frankfurt, 1997, Symphony orchestra of Berlin Radio; F. Strobel cond.)
